FormscanBy Tom Weekes - GALOPIN DES CHAMPS can make a winning Irish debut, having won his only previous start at Auteuil in May. He won that Auteuil race despite running 'markedly wide' off an early bend and having since joined the top Irish yard, he has notable entries in a Grade 2 on Saturday and the Grade 1 Royal Bond on November 29. He looks the type to win plenty races and his previous win came on 'very soft' ground. Mighty Blue's 104 flat rating makes her a very interesting recruit to hurdles, having placed at Group 3 level and, being a valuable broodmare prospect, is a notable hurdles recruit. She stays very well and acts on testing ground but does lack a recent hurdle outing which will count against her today. Patience Patience is a fine prospect but faces a stiff task. Hazran beat newcomer Get My Drift at Wexford in October and with both being capable types, can get involved for the placings. Sea Ducor was well beaten by Aspire Tower last November and is best watched on reappearance while Shakespeare's Word has shown form in bumpers but faces a tough hurdling debut.
