FormscanBy Stuart Howden - HIGHLANDER ADDICT wasn't beaten all that far when seventh of 10 runners in a winners' bumper last time out and looks the one to side with. On his first start since filling the runner-up spot at Navan last September, he was only a little over six lengths off the pace in a high-class bumper at the Punchestown Festival which was won by Adaboy Mushy, a previous winner at Leopardstown. This is certainly a lesser task and he can now be fancied against the recent Wexford third One Day In May and Goodmancon, fourth in this race a year ago, but who ran his best race so far when third in a maiden hurdle here last month.

An I.N.H. flat race for four years old and upwards that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing (excluding Academy Hurdles and 3-y-o Junior N.H. Hurdles)
Weights - 4-y-o 11st 8lbs 5-y-o and up 12st. Mares allowed 7lbs.
Riders - Ladies who are Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules. Ladies who are Professional Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules (other than Apprentices) who have not lost the right to claim the 7lb allowance under Rule 52 (up to and including 25th May) may also ride in this race.
