That form reads well in view of the winner having landed his next two starts as well. A couple of these have claims on recent efforts and are blinkered for the first time. Lucky Question had some decent turf form last year and was sent off a notably short-priced favourite when third over CD last month while Gurkha Girl, a dual winner on Lingfields's Polytrack surface, has shaped well here lately having been stepped up to middle distances. Alex The Great ran a fine race over 2m here last month but the marked drop in trip has to be a concern while Don't Look Now was touched off over CD by a horse that bids to advertise the form in the first division.
