FormscanBy Tom Weekes - YA BOY YA has a useful strike-rate and can turn Tipperary form with winner Funky Dady. Funky Dady beat him 4.5L then but there is a 13lbs weights-swing today and YA BOY YA hasn't been penalised for winning subsequently at Tramore. Funky Dady ran a solid race in defeat at the Galway festival and should get involved again. Mon Storm is interesting in that he was a surprise winner at Down Royal recently with the handicapper moving him to 118 over hurdles. He has only ever raced, and won, once over fences at Sligo in September 2019 and while not ahead of the handicapper rated 121 over fences, he remains somewhat unexposed in this sphere despite his 10 years. Abraham was hampered at Wexford latest, had previously won here in July and is still 7lbs lower over fences than hurdles. Exit Poll has been running well in better races but, including jockey claims on other runners, concedes plenty weight. Dakota Beat is rated 8lbs higher over hurdles and is interesting from a low weight. Ingleby MacKenzie has been running consistently well this summer while Knock On Steel was a close second when returning to form at Killarney latest.
