Formscan - MAINTAIN (5), runner-up in the Prix Melisande (Listed) in June, ran with credit in another Listed race at ParisLongchamp in September. Supplemented for this race, she looks a leading contender. SPIRIT OF ZARAK (6) faces a test but has plenty of potential for improvement. HATANKA FAL (4), runner-up at this level at Vichy in the summer, and ZAKHAROVA (1), the only runner in the field to have won at this level, also have to be considered possible winners.
