FormscanBy John O'Riordan - Recent Galway winner KING OF KINGSFIELD can give weight and, a beating to his three rivals. A smart hurdler at his best, the Gordon Elliott-trained seven-year-old was impressive when opening his account over fences at the festival. Having only his second chase start on that occasion, the gelding should be open to more improvement. It would be no surprise to see him run up a sequence before the better novices appear later in the season. Runcok made no real impression in a Grade 3 Novice Chase at Galway but had earlier made the breakthrough over fences at Tipperary. This small field should suit the prominent racer. The Dara Man has a bit to find but has plenty experience over fences.
