The form of his Killarney maiden hurdle has been boosted and he is worth another chance off a handy weight in this condensed handicap. Bannow Blaze is on an appealing mark with Eoin Staples taking 7lb off his back. He has finished runner-up in two of his last three starts off a rating of 100 in Cork and 101 at Gowran Park. With the booking of Staples, he competes off 97 which could tilt things his way. A return to hurdling could reinvigorate Arch Enemy, while second-reserve Mary's Pride would have a chance if getting a run.
