He was a beaten favourite in fourth in a Listed race at Epsom last month over an extended 1m2f, but is likely to be sharper for that up again in trip with blinkers applied. Asakir was strong off the front in winning over 10f at Leopardstown and the form has been franked by the runner-up. Trojan Fighter is proven over a similar trip in Ballinrobe when hacking up in a maiden and it will be interesting to see what his ceiling is, while Cork winner Limestone shouldn't be ruled out.
