FormscanBy Alan Magee - A NOD TO GETAWAY was lightly raced until winning over hurdles last year but has made up for lost time since and scored again over hurdles this spring before adding two further wins over fences in his latest three starts. The Paul O’Flynn-trained gelding showed his liking for this venue when successful over 2m2f last time and will be suited by this longer trip. Inthenickoftime won in decisive fashion on his penultimate start over 2m2f at Galway and that was sandwiched between two runner-up efforts over hurdles. He’s effective over a variety of distances, while others to consider include Milan Forth and Any Road.
