FormscanBy Alan Magee - SLURRICANE won on the Flat at Killarney last year and was a useful juvenile hurdler winning at Punchestown before a creditable fifth in the Fred Winter at the Cheltenham Festival. The Ross O’Sullivan-trained gelding now reverts to the Flat and may have most to fear from Spring Dance who finished strongly when landing a Dundalk maiden over an extended 1m2f last month. Autocrat has gained all five career wins at Dundalk but has a much lower rating on turf and was runner-up on his penultimate start over this trip at Roscommon, while Dick Donohoe also saddles Daboya who made the frame at Galway last time.
An extended handicap for three years old and upwards (80 = 10st)Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
