FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - Copperless recently impressed in the Swinton Hurdle, gaining some nice compensation after an Aintree fall, and he could now be a possibility for the Galway Hurdle. A day after the Swinton at Haydock, his close relative COPPER NATION showed that she had plenty of talent herself when winning a Dromahane point-to-point under Darragh Allen. The selection comes from a good family all told and she’s just preferred to another four-year-old, promising Punchestown third placer, Kilbarry Chianti. Local hope Kilbarry Chinati was reported to have hung badly left by her rider then, on debut. Not too many of these can be safely ruled out. Both beaten market-leaders last time out, Greenane Lady and Presentingnewyork, will be on all short-lists.
