An extended handicap steeplechase for five years old and upwards that at entry have run at least four times in steeplechases or that have run three times in steeplechases and been placed first, second, third or fourth in a handicap steeplechase
Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase or steeplechases after calculation of the handicap shall carry any penalty or penalties which may be allotted by the Handicapper.
