FormscanBy Tom Weekes - JIGORO was well beaten by Supreme Novices fancy Mystical Power in a recent Grade 2 but, in contrast to likely favourite Tullyhill, has course hurdling form. The selection is progressive and while vulnerable to high-class types, is dependable and comfortably holds Lombron. Tullyhill - runner-up in a Grade 1 course bumper, jumped badly left when disappointing in a maiden hurdle at this venue in November, before defeating inferior rivals easily at Naas. His hurdling technique then was also sticky and while he has proven ability, needs to jump better. Point-to-point winner No Flies On Him won nicely on hurdling debut and while the staying-on fourth-horse won subsequently, nonetheless steps up in grade. Boldog also steps up from carrying top weight to win a Tramore maiden hurdle while keen-goer Westport Cove ran better in a first-time tongue-tie at Clonmel last month. Saddle Her Up faces a tougher task than when winning at Fairyhouse while outsider Tina Meehan hasn't run since August.
