The US-bred gelding was an easy four-and-three-quarter length victor over course and distance in testing conditions. He remains very unexposed and may be able to defy the 15lb rise. Mickey The Steel, who chased him home then, is now a stone better off so is entitled to give him a bit more to think about this time. Merisi Diamond, who was third in that race, is another that has to come into calculations. He is tried in first time cheekpieces now. Recent Bellewstown winner Lahore Da King also has to be on the shortlist.
