A former stable companion to All The Chimneys at the Willie Austin yard, The Chapel Field, a dual course winner himself, is another for the short-list. One of the youngest in the field though, RICKY LANGFORD, may have more scope for progression, and he arrives here in good order. The selection does have to reverse form from last month with All The Chimneys, but with a swing at the weights that’s entirely possible.

An extended handicap steeplechase for four years old and upwards (123 = 11st 10lbs)
Weights - Top weight in the original handicap and after the time of declaration shall not be less than 11st 10lbs and the minimum weight shall not be less than 9st 12lbs
Penalties - Winner of a steeplechase after calculation of the handicap shall carry 5lb extra for each steeplechase won.
