FormscanBy Tom Weekes - A chance is taken with Willie Mullins' apparent second string BLACKBOW dropping in trip. Frustrating since his bumpers, he is nonetheless Grade 1-placed over fences and was a good second in January's Dan Moore Chase, giving 5lb to three-lengths winner Dunvegan. A keen-goer, he is better suited by today's distance than the Leopardstown Chase's 2m5f trip and receives 7lb from Captain Guinness. Captain Guinness is high-class and consistent and while he has the beating of Cash Back on Leopardstown form 21 days ago, Dunvegan beat him, which points to BLACKBOW's chances. Cash Back blundered at the first fence in that Leopardstown race but is too keen and isn't entirely reliable. Darasso has been running well over hurdles but was found to have 'blood at the nostrils' on his latest chase run in September's Kerry National.
