FormscanBy Mark Nunan - Quite a few of these are unproven at the trip but CONOR HOGAN stayed on well when winning over 1m4f here in September and a chance is taken on his stamina. More recently he was third, again over 1m4f, when outpaced late on and given that he reportedly hasn’t shown much enthusiasm for jumping hurdles, it will open up more options for him if he’s able to stay long distances on the level. Dame Rapide has been very good at this venue in recent months with three wins over 10f and 12f and a hood is fitted to try and settle her a bit more trying this trip for the first time. The Mouse Doctor comes here in form but his best Flat form has been around 12f as well. Tirmizi had a very good run over 2m at the Curragh last year and although he’s been mostly below-par since then, his last run here wasn’t a bad effort and he’s dropped to a handy-looking mark.
