FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SON OF ANARCHY is ideally suited by today’s race conditions and should take all the beating. A debut point-to-point winner in November 2023, he has been lightly-raced race since then but has shown useful form in stronger maidens. His previous run over a similar distance was at Punchestown last November, and that form reads very well in the context of today’s race. Flat claimer-winner Banana Three has some useful hurdles form and while reliable, isn’t helped by conceding 8lb to the selection. Following Orders was a beaten favourite at Kilbeggan last month but might possibly have been unsuited by that tight track, as his jumping was quite sketchy.
