I have the most enthusiastic owner. He gave a few quid for the horse and he hadn't produced a whole lot until his previous run at Limerick, which was a good run,. Dessie was good and patient and I'd say the Healys will make a good few quid out of him there, he'll have a hundred photos bought!. I'm absolutely delighted for him and really appreciate him. The horse is a grand horse. I'd say he hasn't been the most competitive but the penny is starting to drop with him now. Limerick was a step up and he galloped all the way to the line today so I'd be hoping he's learning and there could be a little bit more to come. There might be another day with him. Nicola made it the last day with him as well. He just seems to be happier on his own. It's not something we really planned in Limerick but he does like to get a bit of room to himself and travelled well. He was probably a bit keen with the blinkers on as well, that's why he's really ended up making the running. We were drawn one so we said we'd let him stride on. Coen, unplaced, Far Eclipse, ridden by G.F. Carroll, unplaced, Sottsands, ridden by S. Coen, placed sixth and Tickling, ridden by K.J. Leonard, placed fourth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. Whearty stated that he felt pressure from his inside. B.M. Coen stated that he had to take a check. K.J. Leonard stated that when passing tired horses, he moved out to switch off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that K.J. Leonard, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays
