Navan Mon, 30th Mar, 2026  Sir Benji He had a turn of foot on it (ground). Looking at the pedigree, I don't think anything has gone any further than a mile. I was conscious there to drop him out and give him a chance to come home. He showed a lovely turn of foot. He (Carroll) said he really handled that ground, and I suppose (other) horses hate that tacky ground. He actually enjoyed it.

Naas Fri, 9th Jan, 2026  Quiryn He’d been working well, and we were hoping he’d put up a good performance. We’ve always liked him since we got him, and he’s done all the right things at home. He’s a fine big horse and I think he’ll improve away. There are good horses in his pedigree, and he was ready to run on the Flat in France before we got him. I don’t know what was in the race but all he can do is win and I thought he was impressive doing it. Hopefully he’ll go on to better things.
