I just had a phone call from his previous trainer, Michael Hourigan, and he told me how to train him. He got a lovely ride from Charlie and goes on the good ground. That was a 0-110 and he’s 101 so hopefully he might still be in the same bracket. He stays well and I thought I’d win a Ladies Cup with him so that’s gone out the window now!

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Garde La Peche (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have superficial wounds to her right front canon bone, superficial wounds to both her left and right hind canon bones and furthermore to have coughed once during examination
S.D Greene, rider of Garde La Peche (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.
An extended handicap steeplechase for four years old and upwards (110 = 11st 12lbs)
