Ray Cody was often mentioned as being a vital cog in the Ellmarie Holden training success story, and he's now sending out runners in his own name, beginning with Daubney's Dream in the claimer on this card. Perhaps it's too much of an ask to expect Pampushka to score at the first time of asking, but her movements in the market need to be tracked, and she has a bit going for her on paper - by So You Think out of a Dalakhani mare. Allied to that last year's champion apprentice Oisin Orr takes the spin, and Pampuskha's draw in two is good too. For a selection I'll tentatively go with STRANAGONE ahead of the likes of Watermelon Bay, House Call, Duquesa Beach, Emerald Eye and Lady Godiva.
