FormscanBy Gary Carson - AUTUMN EVENING may prove the pick here. He just got outstayed late on by Druid's Altar when the pair were behind Teahupoo at Fairyhouse last month. The Tamayuz gelding was a touch keen then and may just have paid the price for that in the closing stages. He had run a big race then to be in contention jumping the second last with a couple of smart sorts and this looks a nice opportunity to get his head in front. Druid's Altar is a consistent sort and with the same rating of 122 there probably won't be much between the pair again. Sideshift travelled like the winner on his hurdling debut at Galway before flattening out on the run-in and was again placed at Fairyhouse subsequently. He may be one for better ground in the next few months.
