Formscan  - SPRING GALE showed a lot more promise on her second start since undergoing a breathing operation when runner-up over an extended 2m3f at Chepstow and pitched into a handicap for the first time off what looks a workable mark, she edges preference for her in-form stable. Huntingdon winner Politacus appears to be the main danger, even though a 7lb rise asks a question of her. Another summer jumping campaign looks to await River Of Joy and she warrants respect off what may prove to be a feasible mark judging by the pick of her novice form.
