Formscan By Tom Weekes - High-class hurdler CONCERTISTA debuts over fences, with Riviere D'etel declared to run at Navan on Saturday. Winner of the 2020 mares' novices hurdle at Cheltenham and second in open mares' company there last March, CONCERTISTA lacks a recent outing, on chase debut, against some on-fire rivals but is ideally suited by trip and ground and might have the ability to win. Denis O'Regan rode Riviere D'etel to a 21 lengths Grade 2 win last month but she runs on Saturday and he rides Magic Daze, an impressive 25 lengths winner here last month. Riviere D'etel is an unlikely runner and Magic Daze, a smart, progressive type who jumps well at speed, should give the selection a race. Sayce Gold will appreciate stepping up in trip today but was well held by Magic Daze on her reappearance run recently while Jeremys Flame has enough to find on previous form. Dolcita was 12 lengths behind the selection in the 2020 Cheltenham festival and lacks a recent run on chase debut, as she returns to Willie Mullins.
