Formscan  - QUART D'ESPOIR (5) won nicely at Fontainebleau in a Class 5 hurdle in late February and is expected to improve a good deal from that success. She is preferred ahead of MELODIE DU CHENET (3), who showed a good amount of promise when second at Compiegne in a Class 2 hurdle on November 11th. She will be ready after a layoff. VICTRIX DU MESNIL (2) has performed well with two placed efforts recently and is one to pay attention to. MENTION SPECIALE (4) is also worth a mention.
