Wexford Wed, 27th May, 2026  Sageborough He won his maiden hurdle here and he was actually running a respectable race in Cheltenham when he fell two from home. Today off his mark we would have been disappointed if he hadn’t been involved. Sean was pleased with him. Coming down the hill it looked like he was going to be in trouble a bit, but he was tracking Henry’s horse and the gaps appeared for him because he tracked him. He jumped the last well and got on top, so we’re delighted. We thought a nice bit of him coming to his maiden hurdle here and then he obviously disappointed, but I’d say that’s his ground. He wears a tongue-tie for a reason. We won’t be letting him out (to grass).
