Formscan - Copernic Du Mazet looked the most likely winner before coming to grief two from home at Bangor last month and, if none the worse for that tumble, he should mount a stern challenge. That said, there are plenty of reasons to be hopeful about the chances of PADDY IN THE CADDY. He travelled strongly into contention on his seasonal return/chasing debut recently, before weakening approaching two out. A drop in distance ought to suit on that evidence and, on his second start following wind surgery, he may step forward. Abaya Du Mathan heads the remainder.
