I'm thrilled with that performance and he wants decent ground. We'll still stick to good staying handicaps for him. He's a lovely horse and he's always shown us plenty at home.
Kempes supplies Walsh & Mullins with double
We were delighted with the way he jumped today and it opens up a lot of options for him now. Willie and Ruby will have to discuss as to where to go next but he's progressing well.
Lurgan opens his account over fences
He did as expected, he got stuck in the ground at Limerick the last day. He had a great run behind Jim Dreaper's Telenor at Navan so he was entitled to win on that performance. He will run in a handicap chase next.
Cullen/Flanagan strike at Thurles
To be honest I didn't think we'd any chance today in the ground. She had a great run the first day and hasn't been right since. We will probably go for the Mares Listed Race in Limerick on St Patrick's Day next. I'm delighted for the owner as he has been so unlucky and so patient.
Loughran at his best aboard Ten Fires
It was great he won considering he jumped so poorly. He's not a natural jumper at all but hopefully he'll be better on better ground. He did really well to win today.
