THE LIVESCORE BET HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 5) The Starter reported that Dominic Hislop, the rider of Artic Mann (GB), Paul O’Brien, the rider of Crystello (IRE), Nico De Boinville, the rider of Lelantos (IRE), Conor Rabbitt, the rider of Wee Alki (IRE), and Theo Gillard, the rider of Bollin Matilda (GB), had failed to walk or jig-jog into the start, thereby causing a false start.
Being a 10lb conditional, Hislop was accompanied in the enquiry by a senior rider.
After the riders and the Starter were interviewed, and recordings of the incident were shown, the rider’s explanations were accepted.
