Cork Thu, 19th Mar, 2026  Poets Oath It was good, he battled well. He got under the second last a bit and Phillip said he got under the last too. It just made it a bit harder for him and he just got there,. He was just beat the last day and maybe the more galloping course might have helped him. It was longer the last day but it was on the inside track at Punchestown and it’s tight. I took a chance going there with the longer trip.

Down Royal Tue, 17th Mar, 2026  Lizzie Twigg We think she's a good filly. She's a filly that could end up going to Aintree (Grade 2 mares' bumper) now, or one of those black-type race at one of the festivals at home. She won't jump this year, but we think she is a good filly.

Navan Sat, 17th Jan, 2026  The Irish Avatar He is a fine, big, tall horse, quite narrow, light-framed. A big, long stride and I said if I was pulling out of him, I was going too slow. That worked fine. It's only in the last two weeks, since we have really done a few sharp bits of work with him, that he has come. He wasn't showing an awful lot early in the season. He is improving with every week now. We hope so (plenty of improvement in him), but I'm really looking forward to him over jumps. I think that is really where he is going to be at his best because he has a big, high cruising speed and that is his strength, I think.

Naas Mon, 15th Dec, 2025  Tiktok Casey Bunny and Lorraine (Murphy) own her and it’s the first horse they have had together. She’s a nice filly, is only four, and you won’t see her for a while. We’ll give her a little bit of a break and see where we go. She has a great attitude and is a nice horse to have going forward. Hopefully there is a good bit of improvement in her.

Navan Sun, 14th Dec, 2025  Oh My Word That’s my first Listed winner and he’s certainly the best horse I ever had in the yard. He definitely improved from the last day. We had a great man on his back as well. The ground and everything was in his favour today. I just appreciate that he put the horse with me and it is going the right way for him.

Dundalk Fri, 12th Dec, 2025  Trishuli River It is good to be back! She loves it around here. She has been breaking badly lately over a mile and a-quarter - very quick at home, but breaking badly. A mile and a-half she has more time to get to the bend. He (Hassett) told me at the start this was the plan, he was going to get her out smart and maybe give her one behind the saddle if we have to. I have to say with Wayne, it is like you are talking to Seamie (Heffernan) or Niall McCullagh. He's very good and a great understanding of a horse. His feedback is really good, and you just have great confidence (in him). We'll see what the handicapper does. I think we will keep her at the mile and a-half.

Navan Mon, 17th Nov, 2025  Oh My Word We thought he should run well, we had him away schooling a couple of times and he did it quite well. I thought coming here, if he got a place he would be doing very well. Obviously, he liked the ground and we weren't too sure about it. He seems a very straightforward horse to do anything with. You'd have to like that about him. There is (Flat speed in his pedigree) and he seems to have a good turn of foot alright. Definitely no plans yet.
