Cork Sun, 20th Apr, 2025  Colonia Victoria she had a nice run first-time out over hurdles in Leopardstown and I’d say a step up in trip will suit her. There was no great pace on and I thought we would get done for speed but she jumped great in the home straight and that sealed it. I thought the ground would be softer and I’d say it’s not next-to or near ‘winter soft’. We have no real plans made but we’ll see what mark she gets. she was sourced by Tom Malone, wasn’t overly expensive and had a mark around the high 90s on the Flat, so was decent. She is by a top stallion in Zarak and has value going forward.

Gowran Park Wed, 2nd Apr, 2025  Deressa She did it well and everything worked out. She was very consistent last year, was rated 82 coming into today, and carried through that consistent form to win. She was fit and well coming here and got a lovely ride from Chris Hayes.

Navan Sat, 1st Mar, 2025  Sermandzarak Sermandzarak galloped out well there: he has a good attitude. I'd say going up in trip definitely suited him, he's tough and he stays galloping. He is a real stayer by the way he ran there, he stays very well.
