Bellewstown Wed, 26th Aug, 2026  Thesilverbridle We did (think she would go well today) - she's not the biggest, but she is quite well-bred as a half-sister to Senecia. We bought her in Goresbridge (Horse Sales) and she's just a lovely little filly. She tries hard. The track was probably not ideal for her, I'd say she wants a bigger track even though she is a smaller horse - all she really is is a galloper. Alex just kind of kept it simple, bounced her out, and we knew she would stay. Delighted! The owners (The 119 Partnership) are very good supporters of mine , so delighted for them. We have been lucky enough buying out of Goresbridge and it is great to get another one on the board. We'll definitely keep her going. She is a novice now until the end of April, so she is going to have to keep going for that. I wouldn't be surprised if she ended up in Sedgefield or somewhere. Baby steps and then see where she takes us.

Wexford Sat, 8th Aug, 2026  West Away That was his second run for us. He was off the track there for a long time. He got a run back, he just blew up the last day. Hopefully he'll improve again another bit. He's coming back from a long lay-off. It was a nice run. It took him a while to warm up into that race but he was strong at the finish. Maybe he will step up in trip the next time.

Roscommon Mon, 6th Jul, 2026  Western Model I’m delighted with that, he’s a grand sweet horse,. The girl that works for me, Sarah (Lionti), rode him in a charity race at the Curragh and he really came alive after it. He really enjoyed it and it sharpened him up, over a mile-and-a-half. I’d say if you followed those charity races and watched the horses on their next runs they are very sweet because the jockeys can’t hit them and they enjoy it. Sarah knows him well. She’s been with me on work experience as an equine vet physio and she’s been a great help. He had a good run in Downpatrick but he just got outpaced. Sean knows him well and gave him a lovely ride. He travelled so sweet today. I think we might go to Galway with him, I think there is a 0-110 for him. He should be well handicapped back over fences as well. He’s had good form before so he’s probably just back to that.
