In fairness to William Keeling, he’s been very patient with her. If anyone else had her, they’d be telling you to move her on. She’s always been running well without getting close to winning, finishing fifth or sixth. That’s why we felt she’d win somewhere for us, it was just a matter of when.

Curragh Sun, 24th May, 2026  Westminster Moon He is owned by a lovely man John Breslin and friends of his, and we were a long time waiting with this horse. The horse has had a lot of hiccups along the road, but John is a patient man. I saw him at the sales in Arqana one day, had a go at buying him and we always had the belief from the time we bought him. He had some great runs, but it took a long time to get there with him. . We were getting the right vibes from him at home, so the boys had a few pounds on each-way and it worked out well.

Down Royal Mon, 4th May, 2026  Berto Ramirez He does appreciate that better ground, we ran him on softer ground through the winter, and the lads were hoping that he would get into the Fred Winter. It was on softer ground than he would like. He had some nice runs and just missed out on the Fred Winter, so they gave him a spin around in the Triumph just for a day out. This is much more back to his own level of stuff today, but he did it well and travelled well. You'd like to think he would be able to do something on the Flat as well - because we tried to get him into the Fred Winter, he's probably fairly exposed mark-wise over hurdles, so we had to come back for a maiden. We'll see where he goes, there's rated novices and things for the summer. I'd say mixing and matching - the lads probably prefer hurdling to the Flat. That will be the priority, or we will aim that way. I'm sure the Flat will definitely feature along the way too.
