Punchestown Sun, 23rd Nov, 2025  Champagne Kid We fancied him to run well and he set the standard as he was rated 118. He ran well behind Koktail Divin last season and that form has worked out well since. . He stays well and would have no bother going up in trip. 

Thurles Thu, 30th Oct, 2025  Bynx It looked like she ran flat the last day in Navan and has ran 18 times this year, so the brother said to me this morning 'what are you going to Thurles with her for!'. We had planned to give her a break, and only for it being so near on nice ground that we decided to take our chance. Maybe racing on the Flat is buzzing her. Sean said she was keen today but she has one thing - guts. She is tough out and when you have that you always have a chance. She goes up the gallop on her own and is a nut job at home. My young lad Jack is really training her as no one else wants the hardship of riding her. Jack is well able to ride but unfortunately is too tall to ride on the track.

Punchestown Wed, 15th Oct, 2025  King Of Kingsfield Jack said he’s relaxing a lot more. He was very keen as a young horse, and Jack said he thought he might have won snugly if he hadn’t nodded at the back of the second-last. I think it was a good enough performance. As soon as the ground goes (soft) you won’t see him until the spring. He’s three races won now (over fences) so we can’t complain. He had to do the donkey work (for Brighterdaysahead) last season and it wasn’t really fair on him.
