Galway Mon, 27th Oct, 2025  Ribee He is a fine big, strong horse who loves those conditions. He is a good horse and I had a lot of faith in him, so he is now proving himself. . He's gone now for the year and we might have a look at the Lincoln next March, as he would be ideally suited by soft ground conditions. His owners have a yearling half-brother going to the sales next month so these wins won't do that horse any harm.

Gowran Park Mon, 20th Oct, 2025  Blackjack Hills He’s been expected to run well a few days and didn’t, so we put blinkers on him the other day and he seemed to work well in them. I think he’ll get a bit further. I wasn’t sure about going back to a mile, but it worked out anyway. We weren’t sure about the ground, but he seemed to handle it fine.

He’s a fine, big horse and he had ideal conditions. He’ll probably make a lovely jumper because I’d say he’ll go a bit further. He might run again in Galway over a mile at the weekend. He’s by Ribchester and they all seem to like that ground.
