Am I eligible to participate in the competition?

1. Entrants must be minimum 18 years old — proof of age may be required at our discretion.
2. The Giveaway is open only to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
3. Only one entry is permitted per person.

Start and closing date

The Giveaway starts on 8th September and ends on 10th September. No entries after this point will be considered.

How to participate

1. Participating in the Giveaway is completely free of charge.
2. You can participate in the Giveaway with one account only.
3. Winners will be selected at random and replied to via email
4. Only entrants that complete these steps will be eligible 1) Answer competition question 2) Provide Name and email address

Who we are

1. Entrants must be minimum 18 years old — proof of age may be required at our discretion.
2. The Giveaway is open only to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
3. Only one entry is permitted per person.
4. Employees and freelancers hired by Better Collective, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the Giveaway.
5. By taking part in the Giveaway, participants must consent to the Giveaway Rules and the Privacy Policy both posted on the website irishracing.com.

1. The Giveaway starts on 8th September.
2. The Giveaway ends on 10th September. No entries after this point will be considered.

1. There will be 5 winners for this Giveaway.
2. The winner will be a random participant who has followed the necessary steps for entry
3. The winner would be decided by a random draw.
4. If the winner does not contact us with their email contact information the win is void.
5. The winner will have 24 hours after being notified of their winnings to reply and provide necessary information to the organiser. In case the winner misses this deadline, the prize will be forfeited to another randomly selected participant
6. Competition communication will be conducted exclusively via email with irishracing.com.

1. The prize is two tickets to the Leopardstown Races on Saturday 12th September (this date only) and will be allocated at the end of the Giveaway.The winner will provide an email address when entering in order to arrange prize delivery.
2. We will hand over the prize in a maximum of 2 days after settling and verifying the winner.
3. Prize (i.e. tickets, reservations confirmations or vouchers) will be sent via email. An email address will be required to receive the prize.
4. No alternative prize — either cash or replacement — is available.
5. Keep in mind that under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times to enter the venue and attend the races. We cannot be held liable if you misrepresented your age.
6. In the event income taxes are applicable, the winner will be liable to pay taxes to the tax authority.

1. The Organiser will process the personal data of the participants in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. Please review our Privacy Policy in order to get acquainted with more details inter alia about processing your personal data, with whom we share the personal data, and with your rights and our obligations under the data protection rules.

1. Any attempt to exploit the Giveaway rules is forbidden and will result in disqualification from the Giveaway.
2. If a participant commits a breach, he/she will be punished at the organiser's sole discretion.
3. The prize will be allocated to another eligible participant who is eligible to participate and comments on the post, by a random draw if the original winner is disqualified for any reason.
4. Sanctions include disqualification from Giveaway, temporary bans for participation and in certain circumstances permanent blocking from accessing the Giveaway on our social media and/or website.
5. The extent of a sanction is determined by the severity of the offence and if the participant is a repeat offender. Cases are judged on individual merit and decisions made by Website are final and should be respected.

1. Any issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in the above rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the irishracing administration.
2. If you wish to request clarification/contest some of our decisions you can do so by sending an email to [email protected]. Our decision is final and binding in all respects.
3. The terms and conditions on the tickets and on the Leopardstown tickets will apply and take precedence over anything else stated.
4. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to Law of the United Kingdom and will be settled by the competent courts of England and Wales.

1. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information.
2. The Organizer shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of, performance or nonperformance, a failure of or a defect in any product or service provided by, or violation of any third party's rights by any third-party service provider, facility operator or carrier, including but not limited to any airways company or any other transport services provider, travel agency, accommodation provider or any other party included in the realisation of the Prize.

We reserve the right to make changes to the rules of the Giveaway at our sole discretion and will notify users of any significant changes by making a post on the Website page.
