FormscanBy Tom Weekes - CHARLIE'S CHARM could be a shade better than grade and comes here with every chance despite having had just once previous chase run. Bought for 7,500GBP last May, he showed improved and very capable ability when second in a handicap hurdle at Cheltenham last month and while rated 104 over hurdles in Ireland, remains unexposed and capable of progressing further in time. Tongie hasn't won since March 2016 but race conditions also suit him very well. He was a useful hurdler in 2016 and while he has been well enough beaten on his most recent chase runs, this represents a drop in class and he has proven form on testing ground at this trip. Ardera Cross has won twice here and once at this trip, and has his chance. He was well beaten on chase debut at Downpatrick in October but if he reverts to his previous best hurdles form, he has enough ability to get involved. %0A
