After race at Sligo Thu, 6th Aug, 2026 (1st)  He was a bit unlucky in his last couple of chases when he just hit fences at the wrong time but. back over hurdles, he's done it well. Oran wanted to make it, but there were too many who wanted to lead, so he changed plans. I don't give my jockeys too many instructions because so much can change down at the start. He travelled very well and I thought he had it at the bottom of the hill, but he has chucked it away a few times and is a bit of a thinker, so I didn't start shouting till late on!. It's a long time since he won, but he's been touching the door and deserved that. Noel C Kelly

After race at Naas Sun, 27th Feb, 2022 (1st)  He has improved after the last run, the ground seemed to help him and Shane was brilliant on him. He was flat to the boards early on but he left him work his way into it. We'll mind him, stick to handicap company and he'll get further in time. Shane was so good on him. They went so quick and he was flat to the boards but I knew they would come back. He was so cool and sat and got there on time. The win was due to the jockey more than the trainer! B R Hamilton

After race at Punchestown Mon, 31st Jan, 2022 (1st)  He was tough out. He never shows a whole pile at home, you can never get too excited about his work at home. I was well happy with him there today, where we go now I don't know. I thought he was harshly enough handicapped but we were alright! The plan was to try and get him handicap ready and it worked out grand. That is the owner Norman Houston's first winner on the track. Kevin Ross bought him for us in Newmarket at the July Sales.
