My Corbett Court (7/1) delivered a timely first success for his owners the Corbett family today, as the Paddy Twomey-owned colt landed Navan's Irish Stallion Farms EBF Optional Claiming Maiden under jockey Donagh O’Connor. Thu 28th Aug
After race at Navan Thu, 28th Aug, 2025 (1st) 
the owners (Anna & Declan Corbett) had a grandchild this morning and a winner in the afternoon, so it is great. He's a horse that has shown plenty of ability all year and just has done things a bit back to front. I thought coming out of his Down Royal run that we would progress, and we took a backward step in Galway. He was a bit free and just didn't really allow the race to happen. Today, he got a bit of cover and Donagh gave him a very good ride. I'd say the owners are very keen to run him in the Goffs Million, so I'd say that is where he will turn up. I think they have booked Donagh already.
