It wasn't ideal running her back just eight days after Thurles but these four-year-old fillies maidens are very scarce, so we said we'd have a go. We'd have been more confident if the rain didn't come but Cian was actually surprised how well she handled the ground because she's a very small, light filly. . She jumped very quick and the step up in trip seemed to suit her. She'll definitely have another run on this type of ground, and when it gets too soft we'll pull the plug on jumping until the spring. She had a very unlucky summer, with draws and getting boxed in, and I kept telling the lads to be patient, that she's a good filly. . I'd hope that we can improve her on the Flat as well and she might have a night in Dundalk.
