Formscan - It would be disappointing if ANGEL GABRIEL didn't go very close in this novice heat. Slowly into stride on his Doncaster debut, Ralph Beckett's colt ran a blinder to only be beaten a length into second and the quick turnaround suggests he's come on plenty for that outing. Tactical Formation has had a couple of attempts and did improve from his York introduction when third at Redcar. It will be interesting to see what the market makes of debutant Domina Ignis.
