He finished a creditable fourth in a tougher contest than this and Jamie Snowden's charge looks on a fair mark if building on that effort. Carrigeen Castle produced a strong finish to take second at Hexham and is likely to prove competitive raised only 1lb, while the veteran Presentandcounting has won carrying top weight in the past and drops back in trip with a shout.
