Permission was given for Mc Loven (GB) and Rainyniteingeorgia (IRE) to wear a red hood to post.
On the run to the line, Twilight Fun (GB), placed fourth, was left short of room when Mc Loven (GB), placed second, shifted left-handed at the same time as Catch Cunningham (IRE), placed third, stepped right- handed, but after viewing a recording of the incident it was found that no riding offence was involved and it had not improved the placing of any horse.
The winner, Rainyniteingeorgia (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with her previous run at Wolverhampton on 7 September 2024, where the filly finished last of 11, beaten by 8 lengths.
The representative of Alice Haynes explained that Rainyniteingeorgia (IRE) had benefitted from having wind surgery; his explanation was noted, and the filly was routine tested.
Following the race, Callum Hutchinson reported that Diamond Dreamer (GB), placed fifth, was denied a clear run on the run to the line.
