Permission was given for Noble Guest (GB) to wear a red hood to post and for Psychodrama (IRE) to go early to post.
Adam Farragher, the rider of Mcintosh (IRE), placed fourth, which was beaten by a neck for third place, had appeared not to ride out before the winning post.
After being interviewed and shown recordings of the incident, Farragher was suspended for 7 days for failing to take all reasonable and permissible measures to obtain the best possible placing on a horse that could have finished third, having appeared to ease his riding effort on the run to the line.
The winner, Notimeforchitchat (IRE), appeared to show improved form compared with its previous run at Kempton on 30 October 2024 where the gelding finished tenth of thirteen runners, beaten 7¾ lengths.
It was noted that Notimeforchitchat (IRE) had been gelded and had a break of 147 days since its previous run.
Notimeforchitchat (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race, Adam Farragher reported that Mcintosh (IRE), placed fourth, hung left-handed.
