Formscan By Tom Weekes - Mudlark RHYTHM KING is a five-time winner whose rating has recently fallen, and would have solid claims if the ground became soft. Rated 83 at his peak, the selection failed to win last year and while also defeated twice here in July, ran well in that first race on just yielding ground. San Aer also appreciates testing ground and while winless since 2023, is a dual course-winner and has solid recent form, finishing narrowly ahead of veteran Loingseoir in July. Merisi Diamond needs soft ground and ran well on a recent reappearance while lightly-weighted Racing Royalty finished second to the selection here in October 2024 and his rating has since slipped.
