14mm of rain at Fairyhouse The going at Fairyhouse this afternoon is sure to be testing after a further 14mm of rain at the Co. Meath venue in the past 24 hours. Clerk of the Course Joe Collins confirmed the rainfall just before mid-day, and will issue an official going report for the meeting after walking the course in the next hour. There is currently light rain still falling at the track. The going was described as soft at declaration time on Friday morning, and the feature event on a seven race Flat card is the valuable Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sale Stakes. The action begins at 2.15pm.
