The son of Kodiac lost his 100 per cent after two wins when fourth in the Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot. Aidan O'Brien has four of the 16 entries in Actress, Gustav Klint, Murillo and Seahenge, while Jim Bolger is double-handed with South East and Theobold, as is Ger Lyons. He has Lethal Steps and Treasuring. Last year's winner Zeftan, trained by Adrian Keatley is among 16 entries for the Boodles Ladies Derby, while Have A Nice Day might attempt to repeat his success of 12 months ago in the K Club Handicap for John James Feane. Among 24 possibles for the Tote Scurry Handicap is Martin Hassett's Master Speaker, who was runner-up in this valuable six-furlong contest in 2016.
