Henry de Bromhead's Abbey Magic made it three in a row over fences when making all in the novice chase at Galway.

The seven-year-old mare touched down clear after the last after Boot Camp made a mistake at the penultimate obstacle.

Rachael Blackmore sent the 11/4 shot for home but it is a long way from the last to the line and Damut (12/1) made good inroads into the lead in the final furlong.

Abbey Magic toughed it out, though, and closed out the race by two and a half lengths from Damut.

Rachael Blackmore said: "It was a lovely performance and Henry has done a fantastic job with the mare. That's three in a row she has won now.

"She was leaning out with me turning in and once I got her straightened up she was good. She is very tough and very honest."
