Favourite Moon provided Bill Durkan with a winner at Downpatrick yesterday after which there was an update on talented stayer Screaming Colours, who landed a notable success in the colours of the Mayo native when capturing the Midlands National at Uttoxeter in March.

The 11-year-old was a fine fourth in the Irish Grand National on his next start.

Assistant trainer Gary Bannon said: "The plan is to go back to Cork (second in the Cork Grand National last October).

"The Welsh National is the target and maybe we will have a crack at the Grand National. Bill (Durkan, trainer) would love to have a runner in it.

"He's a laid-back, lazy horse, but Conor Orr rode him in the Curragh recently and he said he was dancing all the way home."
